Terry:  The State of Vermont Division of Mental Health has a new initiative
entitled CUPS (Children's Upstream Services) which I think may be of some
interest to you.  The program administrator currently is Brenda Bean.  She can
be reached by e-mail (bbean@ddmhs.state.vt.us) or phone (802-241-2650) and I'm
sure would be willing to give you information.  
	If you can't reach her please feel free to contact me and I will forward info
to you.  Coincidentally I will be in San Diego from 2/11 to 2/20, so you will
not be able to reach me in my office until the 22nd.
