In response to Sarah Maiter's inquiry, ISPCAN's 13th International Congress on Child Abuse and
Neglect will be held in Durban, South Africa on  3rd to 6th September, 2000. The title is
"Implementing the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child: Myth or Reality". For further
