Child Welfare in the Netherlands

I am a developmental psychologist looking for colleagues and contacts in
the Netherlands in the area of child welfare, child maltreatment, or
early childhood interventions.  I would appreciate making contacts with
professionals working in the Netherlands in these areas. I would also
appreciate links to studies of child maltreatment done in the
Netherlands that are available in English.   Any links appreciated.
