Health care provider questionnaire

Greetings, we're planning an intervention training health care providers
to screen for and identify child victims of DV and child maltreatment.

Pls. let me know if you're aware of a measure that captures: 1) awareness,
2)attitudes, 3) knowledge, or 4) sense of competency/skill -- regarding DV
or CM

I'll be happy to collect and post responses.
