To whom it may concern,

I received your e-mail regarding the Vermont "case consultants" who are
specifically trained in CPS offices.  You mentioned that this program is based
off a Massachusetts program.  

I am wondering who these "case consultants" are and what there job entails.
Also, what does CPS stand for? Lastly, could you explain how the Massachusetts
program works and where specifically it is based?
