Re: foster parents evaluations & training

Dear all,
I am interested in any researchor experiences that identifies the
characteristics of 'successful' foster parents (ie resistive to burnt-out,
further child maltreatment, able to be close enough to children to bond but
not become possessive etc)  Additionally, I would appreciate any
information about successful foster parent training programmes.
