International epidemiology of sexual abuse

We are interested in information on the international epidemiology of
sexual abuse to update the Finkelhor (1994) article on the subject.  Could
people alert us to general population and student studies from outside
North America (published or unpublished) that have been done since 1993 and
that contain retrospective lifetime or annual rates for childhood sexual
abuse.
