Young Child Sexual Abuse - Experts needed

We are a group of researchers in the field of child sexual abuse in Quebec
and we would like to invite a speaker next year.  The audience will be
primary child protective workers.

Does anyone know specialists (clinicians and/or researchers) in the field
of :
1) assessment of young (preschool) child sexual abuse allegations 
2) treatment of young (preschool) child sexual abuse
