Clinical Research Coordinator, Lowcountry Children's Center, Charleston, SC

The Lowcountry Children's Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization serving
child victims of abuse and their families.  The mission of the agency is to
reduce the incidence of child abuse and its impact on the child, family, and
community by providing a forum for concerned agencies and individuals to
identify needs and respond through the development, coordination, and
delivery of quality services.

 We have an opening for a part-time Research Coordinator.  Responsibilities
include overseeing the LCC research component, serving as a liaison between
research efforts and clinical staff to provide updated information on best
practices in the field, serving on the LCC Research Advisory Board and
coordinating with LCC staff regarding recommendations, collaborating with
LCC clinicians and outside researchers to investigate relationships among
clinical variables, serving as a consultant/trainer to the community
regarding emerging research issues and best practices in the field, and
developing position/concept papers for research projects within the agency.
Candidate must possess advanced graduate training.  Prefer ABD or doctorate
in psychology or related discipline.  EOE.
