Somehow I received a copy of an e-mail message looking for research and information regarding the relationship between caseload size and child welfare outcomes.  I would be interested in finding out more about what you are looking for.  

Kansas is the first state to privatize family preservation, foster care, and adoption services, as you may or may not be aware of.  All of these programs are outcome driven, therefore we may have some information that would be of use to you.

I would be interested in hearing more about your research.
