Our Circuit Judge is interested in the topic of untreatable families,
particularly how to assess families as untreatable at an earlier stage - so
children do not languish in foster care longer than is necessary.  Does
anyone know of any instruments for measuring treatability/untreatability or
instruments that collate information available from a variety of sources to
document treatability/untreatability?
