I am looking for any information on experiences you may have had with 'Child
Abuse Risk Assessment  or Intervention Tools'. The information I am seeking
includes the following areas:

a) The type of risk assessment or intervention tool used
b) The length of time you have been using the tool
c) Your success or failure in your use of these tools
d) Any concerns in the use of these tools
c) How do you use these tools
