RE: Measuring client engagement from the worker's perspective

I am working on my dissertation and wanted to capture information about worker engagement. I was not able to locate an instrument specifically for measuring worker engagement in child welfare. I chose to use the Human Caring Inventory-Revised, which was developed by Jacqueline Ellis in her dissertation at the University of Georgia. Her revision was based on the Human Caring Inventory for Social Work developed by Dr. Alberta Ellett at the University of Georgia. You can access the Ellis dissertation online through the UG library to see if this instrument is in the ball park of what you are looking for.

Subject: Measuring client engagement from the worker's perspective

Can anyone recommend a valid measure of worker-client engagement in child welfare from the worker’s perspective? I am familiar with Yatchmenoff’s measure from the client’s perspective, but have not found anything for workers. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
