Re: theory-based or theory-driven evaluations

I've noted numerous messages of late on evaluation of child maltreatment
programs.  For those of you interested in evaluation, I'd like to refer
you to the *very* active list of the American Evaluation Association,
EVALTALK.  I've forwarded the request for info on theory-driven evaluation
to EVALTALK, and, I imagine there should be quite a response because
there's alot out there on theory-driven approaches, if not in child
maltreatment, in other fields (juvenile delinquency for example).
