Re: Risk Assessment Instruments



I suggest you look broader than what affects implementation of risk 
assessment to the organizational change literature - "resistance" to 
doing something new is part of it, rather than resistance to using a  
specific instrument.  I reviewed this literature and published a 
paper, DePanfilis, D. (1996).  "Implementing child mistreatment risk 
assessment systems: Lessons from theory" in Administration in Social 
Work, Vol. 20(2), 41-59 which might point you to the right literature 
and then potential applicable measures.
