Organsiational culture
The current care and protection work enviroment in NSW has a poor
reputation with media claims of low morale, high turnover and less than
desirable performance in many instances.
We are preparing a research project that will look at organisational
culture in care and protection and related family service agencies to
identify the elements that exist in those workplaces that seem to
allow/foster the staff's professional growth and learning.(Something we
believe will contribute to the quality of the service)
While this may be a bit off the topic for some of your subscribers,
others may have looked at their own workplaces or know of similar
studies.
