I found a couple of citations in our database that may be of interest 
to you.  Are you familiar with the following:

"Play and Animal-Assisted Therapy:  A Group-Treatment Model for 
Sexually Abused Girls Ages 9-13" by E. Reichert, 1994.  (art projects 
and role-playing with puppets)

"Handbook of Child and Adolescent Treatment Manuals" by C.W. LeCroy 
(editor), 1994. (compilation of treatment manuals describing 
techniques for therapy with children and adolescents)

There are some additional citations, but they are far more specific.  
They are geared for abused special children/children with 
disabilities or for use in preparing abused children for court.
