I am evaluating a local experiment in formal interorganizational cooperation
between county social services and non-profits around early identification and
intervention of  youth at high risk for maltreatment.  I am especially
interested in learning about any network analytical survey measures specifically
aimed at evolution in cooperation and conflict reduction (turf and resource
issues, etc.) between child-caring organizations.
