We have the Home Accident Prevention Inventory (HAPI), a measure of
environmental hazards in the home (fire, ingestibles, poisons, etc).
Doesn't pertain to perceptions nor to environs beyond the household. Study
published in Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis (somewhere about
1982-1984-- can't recall without the info in front of me) by Tertinger,
Greene & Lutzker.
