The American Humane Association's Children's Division has published a 
monograph entitled, "Innovations for Children's Services for the 21st 
Century:  Family Group Decision Making and Patch" which may be 
helpful to you.   Additionally, the same organization will be hosting 
a Roundtable on this topic in May.  For assistance with either item,
