You could try the (UK based) Family Rights Group.The Print House, 18
Ashwin St. London E8 3DL. I ran a project on this very subject in which
they participated some years ago though I have lost touch with them on
it since. But it is their field of expertise rather than mine.
I don't think they have an e-mail address I'm afraid.
