Future Orientation Measure

We are embarking on an HIV prevention program with adolescents in foster
care and we are looking for a measure of "future orientation" -
something that would tap (a) the extent to which they believe that their
current actions will affect their future, (b) the extent to which
they focus on or hold an investment in their future, (c) the extent
to which they believe they will have a future that matters.
 
Any ideas would be most appreciated.
