Re: Child witnesses of DV
Illinois Dept of Children and Family Services has a protocol for addressing
domestic violence within the context of child maltreatment investigations.
You can contact DCFS at 312/814-6800. If they have trouble finding the
right person for you to talk to, ask for the training section, since they
are responsible for teaching the protocol to DCFS staff.
