Anne,

There is a wonderful review of this literature on home visiting in the
Winter 1993 issue of a journal called The Future of Children, published by
the Packard Foundation in Los Altos CA.  Also, Family Resource Coalition in
Chicago has put out a number of updates on evaluation, as has Heather
Weiss' group at Harvard through the Evaluatin Exchange.
