Special Issue of CHILD MALTREATMENT
"Medicine and Child Maltreatment" -- A Special Issue of CHILD MALTREATMENT
CHILD MALTREATMENT, an official journal of the American Professional Society on
the Abuse of Children (APSAC), is an interdisciplinary forum for the
dissemination of original research, information, and technical innovations on
child abuse and neglect.
Realizing that high-quality, original research in the field of child abuse and
neglect can have an immediate impact on the quality of the lives of children,
the editors of CHILD MALTREATMENT are committed to creating a resource that is
readily accessible to a diverse audience.
The November 1997 issue (Volume 2, Number 4) features a special Focus Section,
"Medicine and Child Maltreatment -- Moving Toward Excellence and Evolving
Standards". Edited by Howard Dubowitz, M.D. and Carole Jenny, M.D., this
