In 1986 the National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse sponsored a
conference on preventing child sexual abuse by aiming efforts at the abusers
not the children.  I'm in the process of writing up piece on a small
community development project in Kentucky using this approach that I
supervised and would like to know if there is anything else out there on this
topic (CSA prevention efforts directed at adults)  particularly  data-based
work.
