scales to assess sexually aggressive youth

By the way, I have a question for you.  Would you happen to know of
the existence of a "vulnerability scale" for children under care?  A scale or
assessment tool specificly focused on risk to sexual abuse / exploitation.  If
not, maybe a researcher/clinician that I could follow up with on this?

implement an "assessment tool" and "vulnerbility scale" regarding sexually
aggressive youths who come under placement in any state licensed
residential facility be assessed for "risk of re-offense" and other youths
within the same facility assess for "vulnerbility" to sexual abuse /
exploitation.  I am the lead w/in our department for this project.
