Re: Tracking victims of sexual abuse

Joseph

A very difficult question indeed. I guess there needed to have been with
hindsight permission or consent to enable this tracking. A question is how
important is the follow-up and the benefits it may have future abused people.

We track and monitor both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. Our
perpetrator program contract asks for contact 12 months later.

I keep getting struck on how important is this re-contact, would it
revictimize/retraumatize people?

You may be able to write to them?
