You might suggest your student examine the work of the Family Research
Laboratory <http://www.unh.edu/frl/> . I'm not sure if Dr. Strauss'
material will provide the appropriate reference, but I suspect it is a good
place to start. There are three extensive bibliographies posted there which
are absolutely excellent for the work of Dr. Strauss and the Family
Research Lab team. Dr. Cathy Widom's work on family violence across
generations might also be helpful. Her bibliography is also available on
the WWW. I'm not sure of that URL, but it is referenced at
http://www.focis.com/links.htm
