References on Child Abuse and Disabilities

Hello,

I am writing the section on Child Abuse and Disabilities for the updated
References and Resources in Child Abuse and Neglect provided by the AAP. I
only need to identify about 6 articles on the subject and summarize them. I
have compiled a list of references on the subject (mostly thru medline,
others obtained from this  list and some by luck) and hoped that some of
you may be able to help me to see if I am missing any major references.
This is supposed to be a current review and doesn't need to be all
inclusive, but, since the subject wasn't included in the previous Resource
book, I thought I would include some older references. Thanks in advance
for you help.
