fellows looking for jobs

I have two pediatricians who are completing fellowships in preventive
medicine / child maltreatment and clinical epidemiology who are starting to
explore the job market.  I am looking for funds to keep them here but, as
you know, funding docs in this area is difficult.  Both have completed good
residencies, have MPH degrees and clinical epidemiology skills.  Both are
accomplished medical examiners of child abuse cases. Each has undertaken a
variety of research projects in the area of child abuse and are likely to
bew successful academic faculty in the area..  Dr. Michelle Forcier
(mforcier@med.unc.edu) and Dr. Rita Patel <rpatel@med.unc.edu> asked me to
explore the availability of jobs elsewhere in the country.  Does anyone on
the list know of academic jobs for young pediatricians interested in child
abuse?
