Re: termination of parental rights
Take a look at the Child, Family and Community Service Act of British
Columbia Canada. This Act was proclaimed in January 1996. WHile not
placing conditions per se on reconcilliations, it does impose limits on
how long children may stay "in the system" prior to either being returned
or being permanetly placed in the care of the state.
