Materials to measure public preception on child maltreatment

I am a senior researcher at the Human Sciences Research Council in 
South Africa who are in the process of developing a questionnaire 
determining the incidence of child maltreatment and the public's 
perception of it as well as the on prevention of physical, 
sexual and emotional abuse of children. I would greatly 
appreciate obtaining questions that have been asked in other 
communities and the lessons learned.
