Case flow analyses

Can someone point me in the direction of a reference (preferably in a
published source or available on the 'net) that gives an indication of the
national figures (or even some comparisons between states) for

--- number of calls made to state and local Hotlines
--- % calls referred to agencies for investigation -
indicated/substantiated/unfounded/closed etc
--- % investigations (family member accused) carried forward to
juvenile/family court
--- % cases adjudicated/dispositions
--- % cases arrested
--- % cases carried forward to criminal court/indicted/plea bargained/tried
