REgarding CAPTA: Patrick and others:
Can anyone provide me with a complete bibliographic citation for the 
original CAPTA legislation. IN addition to the name I have the number of 
the law (247) and the congress (93rd), but I need the session (1st or 
second) and the exact date. Thanks.
