Subject:Request for info on programs serving families "deflected" from CPS

Hello everyone. I am trying to identify states or counties/regions that have voluntary service programs dedicated to (i.e., exclusively intended for) families who are reported and potentially also investigated by CPS, but whose cases are closed at that point. I am particularly interested in examples of programs/services that are separate from/external to CPS. I am not looking for information on alternative/differential response models that are delivered internal to CPS systems. I know about “Community Response” in Wisconsin and Colorado, Minnesota's Parent Support Outreach Program (although I am not sure if this still exists or not), and I believe California may have a three-tiered front-end track with one of the tracks involving voluntary services delivered external to CPS. If you believe your state/county/region has such a program, if you could reply to me off-line with the name of the program and the entity that runs it, I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you!
