Investigators licensed to access NSCAW data should contact the Archive to keep their license information current. Changes to your contact information or removal of supplemental research staff can be e-mailed or phoned in (607-255-7799).  To add research staff, please mail in or fax the signed Supplemental Agreement with Research Staff (PDF) form. Revisions to your Data Protection Plan must be submitted for approval via e-mail attachment.
