Investigators licensed to access NSCAW
data should contact the Archive to keep their license
information current. Changes to your contact information or
removal of supplemental research staff can be
e-mailed or phoned in
(607-255-7799). To add research staff, please mail in or
fax the signed
Supplemental Agreement with Research Staff (PDF)
form. Revisions to your
Data Protection Plan
must be submitted for approval via
e-mail attachment.
If your license to use the Restricted Release NSCAW data has
expired or will expire soon, please review the
Instructions for Replacing OR Terminating your NSCAW Restricted
Release Data License.
